Testing the Liquid Handler’s

Contacts

Following is a description of how to use the 215

Contact Test Utility to toggle output contacts to

determine if the correct contact connections have

been made to peripheral devices to be controlled by

the Quad-Z 215 Liquid Handler. The program also

identifies the state of input contacts and lets you

test the Start and Stop buttons on the liquid

handler.

Before using this software, you need to connect the

peripheral device’s inputs to the appropriate

output pair on the liquid handler. If necessary,

refer to Section 2, Installation for information on

making contact connections.
